October 2026 Intake at a Glance
Program format
Why This Intake Is Delivered in Two Blocks
The October intake allows participants to begin the foundational and Session One components of TRTP Practitioner Training before the end of 2026 without being required to continue training through the Christmas and New Year period.
The first eight modules are completed between October and December. Following the scheduled break, training resumes in January with TRTP Session Two, Session Three and four weeks of supported client application.
Although the program is delivered across two calendar periods, participants remain part of the same training cohort throughout the complete learning and application pathway.

Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the program completely self-paced?
No. Online modules can be completed flexibly within each training week, but participants must meet weekly completion milestones and attend required live components. The cohort progresses through the program together.
Why is the October intake delivered across two calendar blocks?
The first eight modules are completed before Christmas. Participants then take a scheduled break over Christmas and New Year before returning for the remaining teaching modules and supported client application.
Do I need to attend every live call?
Attendance is required for experiential and practice-based components because breakout-room activities are not recorded. Review the schedule before applying and discuss any known conflicts before accepting a place.
When do participants begin working with clients?
Participants begin supported application with appropriate clients after completing the fourteen teaching modules and relevant training requirements. Weeks 15–18 are dedicated to initial client application and trainer support.
Is partner practice compulsory?
Partner practice forms an important part of the learning pathway during the listed practice weeks. It provides experience applying the material and experiencing relevant elements from both practitioner and client perspectives.
What happens if I live outside Australia?
International participants may apply, but should carefully review the live-call time in their location. All calls on this page are listed in AEST, and attendance requirements apply regardless of location.
Is the six-month post-training support included in the advertised fee?
Yes. Six months of weekly TRTP practice mentoring and online community support are included in both the standard payment-plan fee and the discounted pay-in-full price.
Is the included mentoring formal clinical supervision?
No. It is TRTP-specific practice mentoring, education and de-identified case consultation. It does not replace formal clinical supervision required by a profession, employer, insurer or regulatory body.
What if the October dates do not suit me?
Review the current training schedule or join the training updates list to be notified when future intake dates are released.
