During my trainings I give space to really experience the lesson material on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level. I respond to what is happening in the moment and take that with me in the lesson material, organically and effortlessly.
My name, Anicha, means change. That is what life is about for me. The only thing that is constant in life is change. I facilitate growth, awareness and transformation. What would this mean for your life?

It gives me great satisfaction to inspire and empower people, so that you remember that you are whole and that everyone is an infinite being with infinite potential and possibilities!
