Biographical Info
Janet loves using TRTP to empower clients to resolve distressing events in their past that are causing anxiety and depression and to change those negative unconscious beliefs that hold clients back from living the rich life that they are meant to be living.
Alongside her professional qualifications she has decades of experience working with people both individually and as a group leader. Janet has raised five children, moved 14 times including both interstate and overseas, and supported her husband through six military deployments. She is well acquainted with the stressors of grief and loss and trauma, of cultural transitions and of parenting.
Janet is passionate about helping people restore themselves to who they were created to be.
