Biographical Info
Jo is a Trauma Practitioner & Empowerment and Mindset Coach and a woman on a mission to help transform the lives of others, one at a time. Her mission is inspired and grounded by her own experience. Jo experienced a traumatic childhood which in turn made her confidence decline and attract the wrong people and careers into her life, she felt like she was in survival mode.
Although her struggles helped her become exceptionally resilient, in her journey to recovery she retrained and adopted a new way of living, integrating a new set of tools into her life to manage and optimise her mental health. TRTP was the icing on the cake, so to speak, and allowed her life to skyrocket to a new level and now abundance flows through.
Jo is determined to support and guide others through their challenges and support their mental health to nurture, sustain and optimise their wellbeing. She prides herself on having success with sole parents, to help empower and support their daily struggles and assist in managing relationships with current/ex-partners. She is also passionate about working with young adults struggling with confidence and direction in life. Her entrepreneurial background in mortgage broking, real estate and business allows her to assist and guide her clients, after the 3 step TRTP process, to help create a new life moving forward using real life skills and knowledge.
