I bring warmth , empathy, compassion and insight into my work as a psychologist. I have had a lifelong passion to find better ways of helping myself and others to manage the inevitability of life challenges in the most loving, connected and fulfilling way possible.
I was drawn to TRTP in particular, due to the process being able to help individuals move from a disempowered state to a state of calm and empowerment without reliving painful events.
I have been inspired and humbled by the healing and transformation that I have witnessed my clients experience when they fully engage in the TRTP process.
I have many years experience working with adults on a range of issues including relationship stress, depression, anxiety, anger and trauma.
I am committed to providing a safe and caring space combined with effective tools and strategies to support clients to live their best lives.
