Biographical Info
I have throughout my life experienced high functioning anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and real-life challenges and events that culminated in panic attacks, depression, poor health and self-sabotaging behaviours professionally and personally.
TRTP brought dramatic changes to my own life. I have shifted from a lifetime of worry and questioning myself internally to a solid sense of calm, inner strength, empowerment, and personal freedom to live my life expansively with great delight!
I am passionate about helping others unshackle themselves of beavhours, patterns and beliefs that are making them feel stuck or unhappy to loving and embracing life full of freedom and joy. There is nothing more rewarding than helping and seeing people shift through TRTP.
I have a career of over 20 years in the tourism industry, working in various roles from industry marketing in travel agencies to event leveraging, partnership marketing, PR, social media, marketing planning and relationship management. I have strong leadership skills and am a natural facilitator. Whilst my formal qualifications are in business, marketing and leadership, after experiencing and witnessing the profound results of TRTP, it has filled me with great purpose, passion and love to share this work.
Im a native and passionate Tasmanian, who is full of life and loves travelling my island home with my two rescue dogs – Zorro and Taxi -the Vanuatuan street dog I gifted Australian citizenship to. Whilst based in Tasmania, I work worldwide online with clients. I am a member of the International Institute for Complementation Therapist.
