Biographical Info
I’m passionate about helping my clients get back the lives they deserve and dream about. My approach is warm, innovative and down to early. I’ve completed extensive post-graduate studies in all aspects of trauma, addiction, mental health, mindfulness, grief and loss and family recovery. These are the great passions in my life and I bring to each session a combination of the latest science and a wealth of lifetime experience. Recovery is the focus of my therapy. We are all recovering from something – whether it’s stress loneliness, boredom, shame, depression, grief or having our hearts broken. Or whether it’s recovery (or wanting to recover) from addiction to alcohol, drugs, eating disorder. I am here to help.
