Biographical Info
My mission is to empower my clients and to help them break free from self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors (from sports to business to life/relationships). I combine my collegiate sports and coaching experience and extensive leadership experience with Energy Healing/Psychology/ techniques, modalities and technologies, to deliver a coaching style that helps people meet their goals/intentions and ultimately become the person they want to be. I have held various coaching positions from junior high level to university level and enjoy working with children and adults. I then worked in a life science company for over 22 years taking in various leadership roles and taking continuing educational leadership training at Harvard University, Columbia University, University of Michigan and University of Chicago. I am also a Certified HeartMath Coach and have completed many trainings within the Energy Healing/Psychology field. I also am a co-founder of Land of Light Community (A Spiritual and Wellness Center) incorporating Natural Healing with Spirituality and Science.
