Biographical Info
I am a general practitioner with a special interest in mental health. I listen deeply, and take time to understand my patients’ mental health from a broad perspective. I investigate and treat any underlying physical conditions, leaving no stone unturned to help them achieve their best health outcomes. I had been aware for a long time that trauma was the basis of so many of my patients’ unresolved physical and mental health problems, and so it was incredibly exciting to ‘discover’ TRTP. I have been practising TRTP since 2018, and am still staggered by the way it enables my patients to move to the other side of their pain, and to flourish. TRTP is so quick and effective because it does the right thing in relation to trauma, and addresses trauma where it lives: in the body and the unconscious. I feel very privileged to have been given this gift, and to be able to offer it to my patients.
