Everybody has a superpower. Mine is inner life renewal. I am an energy tracker; I know how to be present, look inside, reconnect to the flow of life force, and help others do the same, to find and reconnect to themselves and to what matters most. My specialty is to create a highly aware and loving container where people can “go inside” and acquire the insights their body-mind system needs to face their current life challenges, whether it is to transform a childhood pattern that is no longer working, to feel and release inner hurts in relationships, to raise to the occasion and make empowered choices, or to respond to the unmet inner needs, I accompany people as they undergo the restorative experience their deepest Self sorely requires to thrive.
