Biographical Info
Hello! I’m Penny and I’m a Senior TRTP Practitioner and Mentor who works online worldwide and face to face in the Northern Rivers region of NSW and the Gold Coast, Australia. For many years, I have used this extraordinary therapy to help people from all walks of life finally bring peace to their anxiety, depression, grief, high stress levels or PTSD. In just one month over three sessions, I help them to release those sometimes hidden symptoms of trauma and the emotional baggage holding them back through gentle hypnosis and together, we create a new life that’s calm, centred, joyful and exciting but most of all, feels safe. Yes, it really does happen!

About me
I am a long-standing TRTP Practitioner and have now worked with scores of people to help them change their lives. I am a warm, wise and practical mum of 4, grandmother of 5, and have always been someone that others feel comfortable opening up to. I am empathetic and intuitive and work with each of my clients holistically on a case by case basis to help them find the best way forward in life.
Throughout my career, I have mentored people in life and business, including entrepreneurs in the NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme) Program, troubled teens through the RAISE Organisation, and struggling carers through FSG. I was chuffed to recently be nominated a Westfield Community Hero.
For over ten years I enjoyed being a foster mother to young children facing difficult home lives. A truly fulfilling role.
In my early career I was a business owner in the fashion industry with over 50 staff, a master Franchisor for a well-known company, and have also been a Magazine Editor and held corporate roles. Each experience as a leader taught me much about myself and those I was to care for.
I have a Working With Children Clearance for QLD and Vic and I am an Executive Member of the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists. I am also fully insured with BMS insurance.
