Biographical Info
After having worked as a primary school teacher most of my life, a family trauma brought my working life to a halt. I then embarked on a journey of self discovery and healing. This brought me in contact with many modalities and I received great benefit and transformation. I continued this quest with the desire to share and empower others with what I had learned by going into my own practice. Whilst working with some clients their past traumas began to surface and sabotage their efforts for sustained wellness. Then I discovered TRTP, the next part to the healing journey.
TRTP empowers the client to step into the power of who they really are, by freeing them from their unconscious core beliefs and thought patterns that continually sabotage success in many areas of their life. This dynamic and powerful process takes the charge out of emotional experiences from the past that are impacting the clients life on an emotional, physical and energetic level and resolves a wide range of symptoms from mild anxiety, depression, stuckness, stress to PTSD. By viewing life without the lense of trauma and beliefs and thought patterns that don’t serve them a client now has their life back.
My vision for my clients is to empower them to experience wellness and vitality in all areas of their life and live life mindfully, connected to who they truly are, and their purpose and and above all to be the best version of them.
