After many years of working in Child Protection, initially as a practitioner and psychologist and then as a manager, I established my own private practice as a Psychologist some 20+ years ago. I have enjoyed working with adults, couples and families as well as community groups, on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, motivation, managing conflict and communication.
TRTP has introduced me to an integrated approach which quickly and effectively identifies core beliefs which keep a person stuck in patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours. In dealing with these beliefs and patterns at the beginning of the process, self-sabotage is avoided. This creates the opportunity to overcome trauma and bring about lasting change.
